Are there any parking fees or entrance fees? A. No parking fees. We charge an admission of $2 for the first day we are open to the public only. Do consignors get to shop before the public? What about a guest? A. Yes, a benefit of becoming a consignor is shopping before the public. Click here for presale dates and times. You may bring one guest with you to shop. Both must have presale passes that you will pick up when you drop off your items. Q. Are children allowed at the presale? A. Children are not allowed at presales. Nursing infants are allowed any time. Q. Are nursing infants excluded from the "No Children at Presales" rule? A. Nursing infants (non-walking) are allowed at presales. We still strongly urge you to find someone to watch your precious child as your shopping experience will greatly improve without the added responsibility. Q. What percentage of the sales do I receive? A. Consignors receive 70% of their sales less a $10 consignor fee (deducted from your check). We do have some special incentives and ways to earn 80%. Stay tuned for our special incentives page. Q. Who does the pricing? A. You set your own price and you get to decide if it is discounted on our half-price day. Check out the Merchandise Preparation page for pricing guidelines. Q. What percentage of my items can I expect to sell? A. Most sellers sell approximately 80% of their items in sizes 2-10. For sizes under 24 months the percentage drops due to the sheer volume of merchandise received. People also tend to receive infant clothing as gifts, hand me downs etc. The older sizes (12-16 and up) also will sell a lower percentage as children become pickier as they near the teen and pre-teen years. Q. How do I sign up to consign? A. Just click here for our Online Signup button and fill out the form. You will recieve an email confirmation with in moments. Q. How long should I give myself to drop off my items? A. We have self check-in and it typically takes about 30 minutes to an hour to drop off your items. Your items will be inspected and then you place them in the designated areas around the sales floor. It is helpful to bring a wagon to drop off your items. By using our online tagging system to prepare your tags, it will give you a close of what has sold, when and for how much. Online tagging is quick and easy! Q. Where do I find safety pins and child sized hangers? A. Most dry cleaners will give you a modest amount of adult hangers and safety pins for free. If you need a lot, ask if you can buy them. Most of the time dry cleaners will sell you these supplies at a reduced amount (cheaper than discount stores). The other place to try is your local $1.00 store. Sometimes you can find 200 safety pins for $1.00. You can find several stores that carries the infant sized plastic hangers. Q. I have looked everywhere and can't find child-sized wire hanger...what do you want me to do? A. The stores might run out of the child sized hangers, we suggest stocking up early. For now, use what you have. Please still try to put the size 4 and under on child sized hangers and the size 5 and above can go on the larger hangers. Q. If I consign my items, do I have to stay during the sale? A. No. Consignors drop off their items and put them out on the selling floor during the designated drop-off times and come back during the designated times to pick up their unsold items. Q.
